Dreams Group (hereinafter, "Our group") has filed a criminal complaint with the police in Yiwu, China, against companies manufacturing and selling counterfeit Sonny Angel products, accusing them of copyright infringement. Our group has requested that those involved be held criminally liable.
In October 2025, following this complaint, the Yiwu Municipal Market Supervision Bureau conducted a crackdown, seizing approximately 300,000 counterfeit products and packaging materials. The defendants have been sentenced to imprisonment and fines.

To preserve the quality of our products and maintain the trust of our loyal customers, our group will continue to focus on protecting intellectual property rights, alerting consumers and distributors to the existence of counterfeit products, and taking a firm stance against infringement of intellectual property rights through both civil and criminal legal action.
